Shocking footage appears to show a driver arguing with a police officer who claims the vehicle is stolen and behaves particularly aggressively.<br /><br />In the footage, shot in Winnipeg, Canada on May 1, the police officer can be heard threatening the driver to smash his window if he doesn't get out of the car. <br /><br />"The police officer approached my vehicle tapped on the glass very loud what I thought was a flashlight and proceeded to tell me that my car was reported stolen and under investigation," the filmer wrote online. <br /><br />"Me and also my mother are lawful owners of the car and I had proof on the insurance in my hand which he didn't want to accept."<br /><br />"So I was scared pulled my right to be silent. He then opened the door my hand was just on the handle," he added.<br /><br />"After they ripped me out of the car and forced me to the ground with 4 officers using excessive use of force, he definitely didn't have probable cause to arrest me."<br /><br />He was then let go by the officers.
