The stars of HGTV’s Flip or Flop, Christina and Tarek El Moussa are getting sued.<br /><br />That’s right, it’s been a pretty bad year for the former couple, and this probably is going to help matters any.<br /><br />According to repors, the El Moussa’s are being taken to task by a former employee who claims that the stars failed to pay him for finding five homes for them to flip in North Carolina. He reportedly worked for the couple for about 8 months in 2016, and his job was to find properties for the couple to work on.<br /><br />In his legal docs, he claims that the show was going to expand from California to North Carolina, and he s currently seeking a total of 37,800 dollars.<br /><br />The El Moussa’s, their business partner, HGTV, and their parent company are all named in the suit.<br /><br />A rep for the network said they are aware of the lawsuit but has yet to provide a comment.<br /><br />A rep for Christina has also declined to comment on the matter.<br />
