<p>Activists staged several protests in New York on Wednesday, May 10, against US President Donald Trump’s decision to fire FBI Director James Comey.</p><p>One protest, organized by Refuse Fascism,</a> was staged outside Trump Tower. Move On held a protest</a> at US Senator Chuck Schumer’s Manhattan office. Schumer, the US Senate’s minority leader, has said a special prosecutor needs to be appointed to investigate any ties between Russia and Trump’s campaign.</p><p>Similar protests were held in other cities, including at the White House.</p><br />
