<br />Paris Hilton is busy being a DJ and a fashion mogul, but she apparently wants to be remembered for something even more monumental: The inventor of the Selfie.<br /><br />You heard that right... According to the New York Post's Page Six, Paris tells W magazine, "If a beeper had a camera, I would have taken a selfie with it... I think I have a selfie from when I was a little kid, like on a disposable camera."<br /><br />Yup... Paris is apparently convinced she was the first in history to turn a camera around on herself and take a picture.<br /><br />There's probably no proof to find out for sure, but the 36-year-old can take credit for becoming famous for something only other than making appearances.<br /><br />She tells W magazine, "We started a whole new genre of celebrity that no one had seen before."<br /><br />That’s hard to argue.<br />
