Three journalists were injured while covering the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) operation against the self-proclaimed Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) in the central province of Homs, Friday. Syrian state news reported that journalists from Iran’s Al-Alam channel and Hezbollah’s Al-Manar channel were injured during coverage in in the Shoumariyeh Mountains, east of Homs.
