The struggle to find jobs continue for many young people in the nation. <br />According to an OECD report released Sunday... in the first quarter of this year, Korea's unemployment rate for those between 15 and 24 years of age.... came to 10 percent... a tenth of a percentage point on-quarter rise.<br />A stark contrast to the U.S., the EU and Japan... where youth unemployment dipped.<br />The EU led the way at Point-7 percent.<br />The only other OECD members that saw those digits go up... were Austria, Latvia and Chile.
