<p>Smoke billowed from lower Manhattan following a fire at a historic synagogue on Sunday, May 14.</p><p>The 3-alarm fire broke out at the Beth Hamedrash Hagodol, an Orthodox Jewish congregation along 60 Norfolk Street, at around 7 pm Sunday. FDNY</a> brought the fire under control around two hours later.</p><p>No injuries were reported</a>.
