<p>Torrential rain and widespread flooding in Jamaica turned a road in the southeast parish of St. Catherine into a river on Tuesday, May 16.</p><p>This footage is described as showing the flooded St. John’s Road, near Spanish Town, in St. Catherine.</p><p>At least 30 people were rescued from floodwaters in the town of Linstead, located within St. Catherine, according to the Jamaica Gleaner</a>. Aside from St. Catherine, a flash flooding warning was issued for several other parishes, including St. Ann, Manchester and St. Thomas</a>.</p><br />
