<p>Much of Iowa was under</a> a tornado warning or watch on Wednesday, May 17. This video was taken from Parkersburg, showing heavy rain.</p><p>Forecasters with the National Weather Service reported</a> the main threat would be weak, fast-moving, isolated tornadoes. The storms were also capable of producing damaging winds, large hail and heavy rainfall.</p><br />
