Police officers arrested a man roaming the streets of Las Palmas with an axe in his hands on Wednesday. Aerial footage shows police officers surrounding the man with their handguns drawn. The man is then seen attempting to walk away before being tackled, disarmed and handcuffed. Prior to the arrest, the man reportedly attacked a vehicle with the driver still inside.
