He's been making noise in the Chicago area, and now Lil Bibby stops by Sway in the Morning for the second time, in our special #SwaySXSW show. <br /><br />He opened up about his first time experience at SXSW and revealed that he is 5 songs deep in his EP -- tapping Cali's Hit-Boy for production.<br /><br />He also told us that after Hit's house, he was interested in moving out to LA -- just not yet, saying, "everybody too happy out there still.
