Hot on the heels of his Essential Mix for BBC Radio One, Metrik has forged a reputation for producing top-notch peak time tunes with catchy hooks and uplifting vibes a-plenty.<br /><br />Kicking off with "Break Of Dawn", Metrik takes no prisoners as the tune drops with vocals from Dynamite MC into a cacophony of souped up synth work with plenty of fun factor. This is an explosive dancefloor banger that is guaranteed to cause a ruckus. Next is "Out Of The Fire" with its undulating melodies and euphoric, rippling synths, which will have hands in the air across the world.<br /><br />Hot on the heels of this comes sci-fi inspired "Solar" with its bleepy, spaced out intro, distorted builds and pounding drums. Last but by no means least Metrik takes us on a voyage of discovery to the incredible "Distant Shores" which brings the EP to a resounding close with its epic soundscapes, progressive structure and blissed out instrumentation.
