Sun Belt RISE Program member Cesar Perez, a senior at Georgia Southern University, talked to junior Matt Breida of the Eagles football program. The record-setting running back leads the Eagles through spring practice as he prepares for an encore performance after he shattered school and Sun Belt records in the 2014 season.<br /><br />Cesar Perez is a senior majoring in multimedia with an information emphasis at Georgia Southern University. His minor is music performance.<br /><br />The Sun Belt Conference RISE Program is a partnership between the Sun Belt Conference and its 13 member institutions that gives one student on each campus the unique opportunity to act as a standalone digital media correspondent for the conference office. Each student aspires to have a career in digital media and has worked closely with Sun Belt Conference staff in developing each of their stories to tell the stories of student-athletes in a unique, intriguing and most importantly honest way.
