Visitors evacuated by armed police out of Manchester's Arndale shopping center

Footage of armed police presence at Manchester's Arndale shopping center after it was evacuated this morning. <br /><br />Shoppers were cordoned outside of the shopping center however reports say the mall has now reopened.
