A shopping mall in Manchester has been evacuated, only hours after a suicide bomb targeting a concert in the area killed dozens of people. <br /> <br />The Arndale shopping centre was cordoned off and evacuated on Tuesday morning (local time), with witnesses reporting a "big bang". <br /> <br />The shopping mall has since been reopened.
