A shocking video has emerged from China of the aftermath of an oil tanker explosion which killed 12.<br /><br />The footage, captured in Baoding, Hebei Province on May 23, shows a huge cloud of smoke rising into the sky from the vehicle. <br /><br />According to local news, the oil tanker was involved in an accident with another vehicle which triggered the explosion.<br /><br />The blast resulted in 12 casualties and three people were reportedly severely injured.<br /><br />Many surrounding houses were damaged.
