Footage has emerged from China of police stopping a three-seat vehicle transporting 13 people.<br /><br />The video, shot in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia on May 12, shows a man bailing from the overloaded vehicle before it is stopped by a policeman. <br /><br />The driver was reportedly deducted 12 points and fined by police.
