Footage of an alleged thief giving a mobile phone back to his victim after being shouted at by a motorcyclist. <br /><br />The video, filmed in China's Sichuan Province on May 17, appears to show the man taking a phone from a cyclist. <br /><br />Unfortunately for him, he's spotted by a motorcylist who confronts the alleged phone thief. <br /><br />Eventually, he returns the phone.
