A terrifying video has emerged from Russia of a man repairing an air conditioning unit while clinging to it seven floors up on the outside of an apartment block.<br /><br />According to the man's neighbour who filmed the clip, he resorts to this dangerous technique every time his air conditioning breaks down.<br /><br />The bizarre video was captured in Engels on May 26.
