<p>A dead whale was found on the Agate Beach in Bolinas, California, on Friday, May 26.</p><p>This video from May 27 shows the scene.</p><p>The animal, which measured 79 feet long according to reports</a>, was identified</a> as a blue whale by scientists from the Marine Mammal Center. The center had collected samples of the female whale’s skin and blubber for a full necropsy.</p><br />
