I definitely saw improvements in my conditioning vs. week one and I was able to hang in there much better today. I'm really doing well with the P90X nutrition program and am enjoying the food I've been eating. I really don't even miss junk food at all to be honest...<br /><br />On a sidenote, I noticed that all of my pants are starting to get loose around the waistline so that's definitely good news.<br /><br />Stay tuned...
