<p>A home in Florida’s Sarasota County was greeted by an unexpected visitor on Memorial Day, May 29.</p><p>Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office was called to the scene where an alligator was found at a family pool in the Plantation neighborhood. The animal, which measured between seven and eight feet, was eventually captured. This video from Deputy Lori Clark shows the incident.</p><p>The sheriff’s office wrote in a Facebook post</a>: “Luckily, these homeowners took a second look this morning before jumping in to kick off their Memorial Day.”</p><br />
