A video has emerged from California, USA of a great white shark swimming right next to a kayaker.<br /><br />In the footage, which was captured off New Brighton Beach on May 22, the shark's fin and grey outline are visible as the animal circles the kayak.<br /><br />The filmer keeps his cool and seems more excited than scared by the curious shark.<br /><br />''Amazingly he stayed with me for several minutes,'' the filmer said.
