<p>Two trains collided near Elandsfontein station, east of Johannesburg, on June 1, killing the driver of one, and injuring up to 55 other people.</p><p>Paramedics attended the scene, where they found the driver of a Metrorail train unresponsive. He was declared dead at the scene.</p><br />
