<p>Winter has come.</p><p>New South Wales residents have braced themselves for frosty conditions.</p><p>Everywhere, from the Central Tablelands to the North, as seen in the video, have felt the chill of the new season.</p><p>Fairfax Media reported</a> the beginning of the winter season in New South Wales and Canberra will likely be marked by some rainfall but will be drier further into the season.</p><p>This video shows icicles forming on an iconic statue in Walcha, east of Tamworth in the Northern Tablelands.</p><br />
