Footage has emerged from Mexico of manta rays leaping out of the water.<br /><br />The video, captured on April 25 in Cabo San Lucas, shows the fish repeatedly jumping more than a foot in the air. <br /><br />Once airborne they to flap their impressive fins in what looks like an attempt to fly.
