The first six-second clip shows the response at 11.50 pm, and the second shows the scene on Borough High Street at 1.40 am.</p><p>A van was reported to have struck pedestrians at London Bridge, shortly before a stabbing attack was reported in the nearby Borough Market, sparking an armed police response during which gunshots were fired, police confirmed.</p><p>Prime Minister Theresa May said the incident was being treated as a potential act of terror, while Sadiq Khan, the London mayor, denounced what had happened as “a horrific terrorist attack.”</p><br />
