Footage has emerged of security guards apprehending a man at the NASCAR Monster Energy Series cup race after he climbed on top of one of the security fences. <br /><br />The video, shot in Dover, DE, USA on May 4, shows the man climbing down the fence where security guards wait for him. <br /><br />Once on the ground the man can be seen taken away by guards as the crowd cheers.
