Dramatic footage has emerged from China of the city of Longyan being submerged by floodwater after a powerful rainstorm.<br /><br />The video, filmed on June 2, shows the deep floodwater flowing through the streets.<br /><br />According to local reports, the maximum rainfall capacity in the city was 235.9mm.
