I pushed myself as hard as I could but about halfway through the legs and back routine, I started to feel sick again. I immediately stopped and took about 45 minutes to calm down before skipping to the Ab Ripper X segment. Fortunately, I was able to avoid getting sick...<br /><br />I ate well again today and followed the P90X nutrition plan exactly. The portions approach rocks by the way, I highly recommend it!<br /><br />Tomorrow is Kenpo X followed by a day of rest(!). Stay tuned...
