The recipe for 3 sushi burgers (gluten-free): <br /> <br />250g sushi ice cream <br />400ml of water <br />50ml rice cakes <br />1 teaspoon salt <br />2 teaspoons of sugar <br />6 EL Sojasauce (Tamari) <br /> <br />Flooring according to your wishes: <br />Nori seaweed <br />Wasabi mayonnaise (see recipe step 5) <br />salmon <br />tuna <br />caviar <br />halibut <br />surimi <br />Shrimp <br />Pulpo <br />cucumber <br />mango <br />avocado <br />omelette <br />cream cheese <br />Sesame as topping <br />... <br /> <br />1. Wash the Sushireis in a sieve under running water. Boil with 400ml of water in a saucepan. Switch to the smallest flame and cook with lid for 10 minutes. The water should be completely absorbed. Remove from the heat and cover again for 10 minutes. <br /> <br />2. Add rice, salt and sugar. Mix the cooked rice. Cool briefly. <br /> <br />3. Using a small bowl of approx. 9cm diameter, form the upper "bread roll". For the lower part flatten a handful of rice in the desired thickness and cut out a circle with the same bowl. The hands and working materials often rinse with cold water, the rice is so better to process. <br /> <br />4. Sprinkle each rice part in with an EL soy sauce. <br /> <br />5. Proceed as required. For the wasabi mayonnaise 3 tbsp of mayonnaise with a tsp wasabi.
