Man describes hearing gunshots that killed two Md. teens

Montgomery Village resident Gordon Gipe described hearing "16 or so" gunshots on Monday night. Two teenagers, Shadi Adi Najjar and Artem S. Ziberov, were killed hours before graduating from high school.
