A lion cub was found walking alone through the centre of the Russian city of Ufa on Tuesday before a passer-by managed to tie the cub, who was wearing a collar, to the fence. The Emergencies Ministry was contacted and animal control experts were sent to deal with the lion, who will now be sheltered temporarily at the Park of Foresters.
