Iran's revolutionary guard promises revenge for Tehran attacks

Iran's Revolutionary Guard has vowed to take revenge for the twin attacks in Tehran which killed at least 12 people.<br />ISIL says it was behind the attacks which targeted the parliament and the tomb of the leader of the Iranian revolution.<br />
