Jeni is the founder of Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams. She sat down with me in Hawaii to talk about how she built the Jeni's brand. <br /><br />Jeni founded Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams in 2002. She wanted to do things different. Jeni's uses whole ingredients and dairy from grass-pastured cows coupled with inspired flavors. Jeni and her team are devoted to making better ice creams and bringing people together.
