Paris and Los Angeles are bidding to host the 2024 Olympic Games. <br />The International Olympic Committee will soon meet to discuss whether they will award the 2024 and 2028 events at the same time.<br />Al Jazeera’s Natacha Butler reports from Paris.<br />
