Footage has emerged from China of a driver and his passengers tearing down the central reservation of a road to create a short cut. <br /><br />The video, captured in Jincheng, Shanxi Province on June 3, shows three people pulling the fence down panel by panel, with one of them occasionally stopping traffic.
