A cool video has emerged of two friends surfing on flood water in North Lauderdale, FL, USA.<br /><br />The footage, shot on June 7, shows Destra Benoit, 19, and his friend being towed by a car while they ride a surfboard in the street. <br /><br />"[We] took the time out to have fun while everyone else was stuck in the house complaining about how bad the flooding was," Benoit told Newsflare.
