Uncertainty is what we always have to deal with, if we set big goals and large visions. But how do we deal with the fact, that we don't know yet how everything is going to work out? What if the outcome isn't clear? In this video, I'm sharing what I learned and my own experiences how you can stay on track even if you don't know where destiny will take you. <br /> <br />Big goals are big goals because they are huge. They take more effort, time, energy. The journey towards them holds many obstacles to overcome and challenges we need to face. <br /> <br />There are so many variables that we can't predict. We can only believe in our future and have faith. But this does not mean to only sitting around do nothing. <br /> <br />If I have learned anything regarding this topic, then that is to over-deliver. If we can only influence 50% of the outcome, we better work twice as hard for this part. I believe that we can create our own future and by putting in every ounce of energy we have, we signalize the universe how strongly we want this. How can it not happen, if you go completely all in? <br /> <br />Yet, the starting phase might be tough. No feedback, no approval, no success. Personally, I don't find this hard, because I love the journey. I'm not here for fame or money or whatever. This path is all I want. But generally spoken, it's really motivating to realize it's often an exponential growth. After years of no big changes it can suddenly all blow up. But the work during the worse years are the prerequisite to come to the point where it just seems to be a "overnight success". <br /> <br />The ultimate mindset that allows you to push through the beginning is - beside a large vision - gratitude. Appreciate every small stepping stone and it will become a lot easier. I get excited about every single comment.
