"Volunteering is Calling!" was a volunteering project associated to the ISAF Sailing World Championships 2007 that took place in Cascais, Portugal, in June/July 2007. The project was created and coordinated by youth association Rota Jovem, from Cascais, in partnership with Portugal Vela SA, Cascais City Council and the European Commission. An amazing number of 160 volunteers from 24 European countries (of which 89 - two from Messzelato Association - were doing a European Voluntary Service project) joined to make the championship possible and to live an extraordinary intercultural and learning experience.
