A heartwarming video has emerged from the US of a man proposing to his girlfriend as he makes his birthday wish during a surprise party. <br /><br />The video, shot on June 8 in Vermont Township, MI, shows the woman reacting hilariously when she sees a proposal message on a sign held by her kids. <br /><br />Soon after, her boyfriend knees down and asks her to marry him. She then screams a wild 'Yes' and they get together in an emotional hug. <br /><br />''He had my brother make a sign for my kids to hold up for the surprise. It was a picture of Dan and I kissing at Disney and it said 'Mom, will you make Dans birthday wish come true? Will you marry him?','' the filmer later wrote online. <br /><br />''My sister in law Sarah yelled out to ask Dan if he had a special wish. I looked up and noticed my kids holding up that precious sign over their heads just smiling away.''<br /><br />''The shock was setting in as I read it. Dan was getting down on one knee and everyone was cheering! I still didn't understand,'' she continued.<br /><br />''I think it took a few minutes before my sweet Dan could get the words out because I was so shocked and surprised.
