An inspiring video has emerged of a woman born with cerebral palsy walking onto the stage during her graduation ceremony to receive her diploma. <br /><br />The footage, shot at King William High School in Virginia, USA on June 10, shows Chloe being helped from her wheel chair to a walking frame as her schoolmates cheer her.<br /><br />"She has been in a wheel chair her entire life but that doesn't stop her from an active lifestyle," the filmer wrote. <br /><br />"She volunteers her time at various camps, community events and her goal on graduation day was to walk across the stage to receive her diploma."
