<p>A 50-year-old man</a> from Queens was shot in the ankle on June 14 outside the Barclays Center</a> in downtown Brooklyn.</p><p>The man who was shot was named by a local ABC affiliate</a> as Ellison Ingram. He told police he witnessed an argument between two men before he was shot. He was said to be in a stable condition in hospital.</p><p>CCTV footage of the suspect was released by the NYPD.
