Ariana Grande can add a pretty special title to her resume: the first honorary citizen of Manchester England.<br /><br />That’s right, the singer has been bestowed the honor in the aftermath of the city’s May 22nd terror attack, for her many great selfless acts and demonstrations of community spirit.<br /><br />The city council leader said that it seems like a fitting moment to update the way they recognize those who make noteworthy contributions to the life and success of their city. <br /> And Ariana Grande exemplified how to respond to a terrible event: with love and courage rather than hatred and fear. He also said that many people probabaly consider her an honorary Mancunian.<br /><br />A suicide bomber killed 22 people outside of Grande’s Manchester Arena concert on May 22nd… and she returned to the city to stage a benefit concert which raised millions of dollars for the victims of the terror attack.<br /><br />She also visited injured fans in the hospital prior to the benefit.<br />
