Yingying Zhang, 26, was reported missing on Saturday, according to reports</a>.</p><p>The FBI has ruled the case a kidnapping, though nothing has been ruled out, the report said. Zhang arrived on campus in April.</p><p>The University of Illinois Police released surveillance video showing Zhang getting into a black vehicle. There have been reports of someone in a similar black vehicle inviting young women into the car, the news report said</a>.</p><p>The FBI plans to post billboards throughout the state about Zhang’s case.
