<p>At least three people were killed in an explosion at a busy shopping mall in the Colombian capital Bogota on Saturday evening.</p><p>Bogota Mayor Enrique Penalosa branded the blast inside a bathroom at the Centro Andino mall as a “cowardly terrorist attack”. Colombia’s Noticias Caracol</a> reported that nine other people were injured in the incident.</p><p>Penalosa identified one of the victims as 23-year-old French woman Julie Huynh.</p><p>This video shows smoke emerging from a bathroom inside the mall.
