The speakers in the video say the boy is one and a half years old and that he has not eaten for days. The video was shot in the Hadbaa boys school</a>, where the soldiers say many people were recently killed.</p><p>The soldiers also describe how the child’s mother and grandfather were among the dead, though how these individuals were identified is not clear.
