The Federal Court today has directed Raub Australian Gold Mining Sdn Bhd (RAGM) to submit a deposit of RM30,000 before their application for leave to appeal of a defamation suit it lost against Bukit Koman villager Hue Shieh Lee, who is also the vice-president of the Pahang Raub Ban Cyanide in Gold Mining Action Committee. <br /> <br />Chief Judge of Sabah and Sarawak Justice Richard Malanjum, made the order for the deposit be made as security on a request by lawyer Gurdial Singh Nijar, who appeared for Hue, following the company is facing liquidation.
