Footage has emerged of police officers arresting a man outside Regent's Park Mosque after he reportedly threatened worshippers with a shoe horn in the early hours of June 21.<br /><br />The video shows a man lying on the ground and police officers appearing to handcuff him. <br /><br />"He had a shoe horn that he got from the inside of the mosque from the shoe rack probably," the filmer told Newsflare. <br /><br />"And started waving that about, looking to hit someone." <br /><br />"He seemed extremely angry and dangerous," she added.
