<p>Ryan Edwards</a>‘ downfall has consumed his ex Maci Bookout</a>‘s thoughts and time. In a sneak peek from the upcoming episode of Teen Mom OG</a>, she seeks the help of an outside counselor to try and gain some perspective on Ryan’s behavior as of late.</p><br /><p>According to Maci, Ryan is acting differently and she feels he’s been abusing drugs.</p><br /><p>“I’m not really sure what exactly he’s using but sometimes he’ll fall asleep while you’re trying to have a conversation with him. Or he’s extremely wide-eyed and he doesn’t look right,” she tells the counselor over the phone.</p><br /><p>The professional even asks Maci if she’s willing to issue some sort of ultimatum to Ryan.
